ICECC2010 Main goals:

1. Expansion and development of the culture of research in the field of cell phone topics in the electronic government.
2. Introducing the final outputs in research & practice in the field of the realization of e-government / e-citizen on the cell phon.
3. Clarification of the telecommunication foundations for offering the electronic services on the cell phone platforms.
4. Introducing the capabilities of the Iranian & foreign companies in the field of the realization of the e-citizen & e-government on the cell phone.
5. Identifying & introducing the sub categories of the e-citizen which can be presented on the cell phone.
6. Analyzing the activities done so far and offering strategic & practical suggestions for increasing the efficiency of the cell phones regarding the e-city functions.
7. The identification of the capable human resources in the conference field in order to produce the necessary knowledge & technology.
8. Offering the appropriate techniques in trading the capable human resources in the field of e-citizen with the cell phone.
9. Analyzing the techniques of the realization of the social justice using the e-citizen techniques on the cell phones.
